- Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and project-specific requirements
- Preparing and implementing Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and supporting documents for water, nuisance, and pollution control
- Applying for permits and liaising with regulatory bodies
- Monitoring on-site environmental performance and identifying improvement measures
- Supporting site teams on control measures for air, noise, water, waste, and ecology
- Conducting site audits, inspections, and environmental risk assessments
- Leading or supporting investigations into environmental incidents and ensuring lessons learned are shared
- Delivering environmental awareness training sessions
- Tracking and analysing new environmental regulations and advising project teams
- Reporting environmental performance data in line with client requirements
- Experience as an Environmental Advisor or Manager, ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning, or related discipline (preferred)
- Membership of IEMA (Associate or above) highly desirable
- Strong IT and data analysis skills
- Good project management, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
