We are a specialist property consultancy based in London, providing expert advice and management services to landlords with telecoms installations on their properties. Our clients include a diverse range of organisations such as Police and Fire Authorities, Local Councils, Universities, Housing Associations, Charities, Hotels, and Private Landlords.We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home after initial training, with occasional site visits across the UK.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on telecoms-related property matters, including:
  • Equipment audits
  • Lease renewals
  • Negotiating heads of terms
  • New site requests (MSVs)
  • Rent reviews
  • Occasional access management
Other ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys and assist with health & safety and equipment auditsMaintain accurate records across Outlook calendars, databases, and WIPsCollaborate with surveyors, legal professionals, and client stakeholdersSupport the Managing Director with ad hoc tasksWhat We’re Looking For
  • A methodical, organised, and diligent professional with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A legal or analytical mindset – ideal for someone with an LLB or RICS accreditation
  • Familiarity with the 2017 Electronic Communications Code and relevant case law (essential)
  • Willingness to travel for site visits (primarily rooftop installations in Greater London)
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing fixed metal ladders
  • Able to pass police security vetting
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act
  • A full, clean driving licence (especially helpful if based outside London)
