Salary: Up to £38,000 based on experienceWe're proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a growing and well-respected manufacturing business - for an experienced Validation Officer to join their Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving validation processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will also be involved in new product introduction and new equipment validation as part of this process.The Role:As a Validation Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and executing validation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver equipment qualifications, process validations, and internal audits, while promoting quality best practices across the site.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the site Validation Master Plan.
- Develop and execute validation protocols and reports.
- Perform equipment qualification and process validation.
- Support and coach staff on validated processes and quality documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Contribute to investigations and problem-solving activities.
- Provide data and insights for quality metrics and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a validation role within a manufacturing environment - to include IQ, OQ or PQ experience ideally.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
