Corpay is currently looking to hire a a driven and customer-focused Product Manager – UK Card & Fleet Services within our Allstar Division. This position falls under our Vehicle Payments line of business and located in Swindon, UK. In this role, you will lead the evolution of our UK card and vehicle fleet value-added services portfolio, shaping the future of our payment’s platform, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will report directly to the Director of Product Management and regularly collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, and Design/UX.What you'll be doingHow We WorkAs a Product Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

- Defining and managing the product roadmap for UK card and fleet services
- Translating customer and business requirements into user stories and collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment
- Conducting ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation
- Evaluating and prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact, customer value, and strategic alignment
- Partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to drive adoption and ensure successful go-to-market execution
- Managing third-party relationships to enhance product capabilities and ensure commercial success
- Tracking KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Supporting the transition from legacy platforms to modern digital experiences, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fleet, or financial services
- Strong digital expertise and understanding of the full product lifecycle and marketing mix
- Proven success in launching and scaling B2B products
- Strong understanding of payment processing, card schemes, and value-added services
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in agile methodologies and backlog management
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
