The role offers a mix of technical design, project coordination, and team mentoring, with real progression potential.Key Requirements:
- Strong background in drainage, highways, and earthworks design
- Experience working on UK-based residential or mixed-use developments
- Familiarity with Section 104, 278, and 38 processes
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage or similar
- Comfortable liaising with clients, local authorities, and design teams
- Ability to manage tasks independently and support junior engineers
- Salary up to £60,000, depending on experience
