Turn data into insights through advanced analytics, interactive visualisations, and AI-enhanced reporting to inform senior decision-making
Develop AI-driven solutions, from predictive maintenance to virtual property tours and automated content creation
Drive business development by identifying opportunities for AI-enabled products, services, and market expansion
Build and mentor teams, guiding project delivery and contributing to practice growth and thought leadershipWhat You’ll BringExtensive real estate sector experience with a deep understanding of industry data challenges and opportunities
Proven track record leading complex, data-led transformation projects from design to delivery
Expertise in both traditional AI (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) and GenAI (LLMs, scenario generation, synthetic data)
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into business impact
Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders
