Pay Rate: £13.84 per hourPertemps Isle of Wight are recruiting for our client in Ryde who are seeking Quality Production Operatives to join their busy production team.The Role:As a Quality Production Operative, you'll be working with high-quality wheels, carefully inspecting and finishing products to the highest standard. This involves:
- Operating machinery to spin wheels and remove blemishes.
- Checking products for faults or imperfections.
- Ensuring all finished items meet strict quality standards.
- Working as part of a close-knit production team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Good hand-eye coordination and a methodical approach.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.
- £13.84 per hour
- Ongoing training and support.
