  • Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A strong and confident presence in the classroom is essential,
  • an Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
  • Supervise classes when the regular teacher is absent.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behaviour.
  • Encourage and assist students with their work.
  • Record attendance and report any incidents.
  • Help foster a culture of respect and positivity.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and provide feedback on student progress.
