- Compliance Leader: Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and company policies.
- Engagement Advocate: Actively promote and support employee engagement activities and programs.
- Program Facilitator: Lead the delivery of associated programs across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
