Our client is looking for an experienced Product Consultant to join their growing Team. You will have a passion for the industry, be a “Go Getter”, ability to work on own initiative, manage your own diary and happy to work independently. You will of course be supported in the early days until you have found your feet and ready to Provide the end-to-end customer experience required!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support implementation of proposition lifecycle activity
  • Support proposition developments through:
  • gathering data and insight to support the development and its prioritisation including customer and adviser feedback
  • monitoring and reporting on related market and competitor activities
  • providing proposition related knowledge and expertise to the development teams and engaging in continuous improvement/development feedback processes
  • Collaborate with business areas to deliver product reviews in line with the agreed timetable, supported by Head of Propositions
  • Support the timely and quality delivery of required updates to contractual literature and renewal letters and processes.
  • Maintain a log of literature improvements and update contractual documents prior to DAP expiry
  • Monitor, research and report on industry and competitor developments ensuring appropriate data and insights are made available to inform strategic and proposition related decision making
  • Support delivery of proposition information to market comparison sites, including Defaqto, F&TRC and Synaptic, ensuring our end-to-end propositions are accurately reflected in the market
  • Effectively manage internal and external relationships, using negotiating skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for members and the business.
About You
  • You will be from an Insurance, Financial Services, Actuary or Banking background
  • Educated to a minimum A – Level or Equivalent standard in Maths & English
  • Have an understanding of Industry Legislation and Compliance
  • Passion for providing the best Products on the marketplace
  • Passion for delivering Excellent Customer Service
  • Hungry to research the marketplace to ensure you are always at the Top of your Game
