- Execute culinary dishes in accordance with the menu specifications
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute to menu development and innovation
- Monitor and control food wastage
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
