- Prior work experience within finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model, financial processes design/standardisation, automation and change management
- Experience in working in multi-functional teams in the design and/or implementation phases more than one of the following elements: Finance Function Strategy, Roadmap, Business case, Operating model development (incl. Enabling Technologies), Organisation Design, Service Performance Management, Governance, and Operational Support Processes.
- Experience in at least one of the core finance processes: Record to Report, project and fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, Order to Cash, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, main Finance related policies, Procure to Pay and others)
- Experience within Robotic Process Automation, Cloud based technologies and working with the Finance function would be beneficial
- Experience in at least one of the following - stakeholder management, change management, learning and development, capability development and build, succession planning and / or leadership development
- Understanding and gathering client business requirements; supporting effective day to day client relationships
- Experience in Finance Systems Implementation projects such as testing, design - or agile experience for supporting a technology delivery
- Some experience in the use of BI, reporting and data visualisation technologies to appropriately represent information and analysis
- Work effectively in a team environment on client facing environment
- Finance professional qualification such as (but not limited to): ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
