This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Group Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting within the business services sector.   • Oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts.

  • Manage the consolidation of accounts across 40 entities.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to meet organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimise financial performance.
Great day rate!.A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
  • A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and management within the business services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Audit background is a bonus.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights.
