- 5+ years’ experience in a commercially focused HR role.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning.
- Proven ability in complex ER case management (disciplinary, dismissal, tribunal).
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills to turn insights into action.
- Confident communicator and influencer at senior levels.
- Passion for driving change and building culture.
