- Support the F&B Director in overseeing all outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service standards.
- Act as a hands-on leader, regularly present on the floor to engage with guests and support the team.
- Assist with setting and implementing operational strategies, service standards, and SOPs across the department.
- Monitor financial performance (P&L, cost control, budgets) and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Partner with the culinary team to deliver cohesive food and beverage experiences.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of F&B leaders and staff, building strong, motivated teams.
- Champion guest experience, handling feedback with professionalism and ensuring swift resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Take ownership of specific projects, outlets, or initiatives as delegated by the F&B Director.
- Step in to act as F&B Director in their absence.
- Previous experience in a senior food & beverage management role, ideally as an Operations Manager, Multi-Outlet Manager, or Assistant Director in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and inspire others to do the same.
- Commercially astute with strong financial awareness and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- A natural communicator with confidence in liaising with guests, teams, and senior leadership.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.
