  • Providing tailored personal care support and working with children with SEN and complex needs
  • Personal care is involved – toileting, feeding, changing
  • Creating a safe environment that allows children to grow, develop and have fun
  • Poolside hydrotherapy support
Position Details:
  • Location: Tameside
  • Position: Personal Care Assistant
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: Sept 2025
  • End date: Ongoing, Long-Term
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Driven, energetic and keen to pursue a career in education or care
  • Candidates MUST have training proof for manual handling and hoist
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
