This is a unique opportunity to work with an award-winning team in a modern, forward-thinking environment.The Opportunity:We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with experience in Landlord & Tenant matters to join this thriving Real Estate team. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of commercial property work, with a particular focus on:
  • Lease renewals and lease management
  • Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
  • Property acquisitions and disposals
  • Strategic lease structuring and negotiation
  • Property refinancing and investment work
  • Supporting business acquisitions, disposals and restructures
You’ll work closely with senior Real Estate Partners and be supported by a team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong commercial awareness and is looking to contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years post-qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law
  • Strong expertise in landlord and tenant transactions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach
  • An existing client following is welcome but not essential
