- Produce high-quality output across the PDC's channels, with a focus on editorial/website content.
- Contribute to content creation across the PDC's social media channels.
- Contribute to event coverage across all platforms, including in-game clips, graphics and social content.
- Ensure the website is kept up to date with essential information including event dates, player profile information, results and highlights.
- Produce content for our event programmes, which includes tournaments such as the World Championship, Premier League and World Matchplay.
- Assist the media team with filming/editing footage at Premier Events or media content days.
- Ensure clear and consistent tone of voice across all digital platforms.
- Take ownership of content coverage of PDC Secondary and Affiliate Tours.
- Assist with social media graphics both during and away from events.
- A degree in a media-related subject is desirable.
- Experience in sports journalism.
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
- Proactive approach to identifying news stories.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and assertiveness skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Keen attention to detail.
- A passion for sport - knowledge of darts is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task in working across various media channels.
- Suitable for a recent university graduate.
- Candidates should live within easily commuting distance of the PDC's Head Office in Brentwood, Essex (CM14 5LJ).
- Candidates should be aware of the unsociable hours relating to working within darts (evenings, weekends & bank holidays).
