- Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
- Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the service compliance metrics are met and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer central to everything.
- Demonstrate leadership to your team of Managers ensuring theyreceive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
- As an adept networker you will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged multiple stakeholders to ensure corporate goals are achieved.
- You will have a demonstrable track record in an Area Manager level position - experience of managing a team within one of the aforementioned sectors.
- With leadership style that is inspirational, you will be a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
