Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleWe’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to break into the food industry and gain hands-on experience across product development, sourcing, and retail execution.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate artwork and packaging design for new product launches
  • Manage project timelines and critical paths for new product introductions
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers on existing product ranges
  • Support sourcing of new, trending products and global manufacturing partners
  • Assist with product setup and onboarding with retail partners
  • Track and monitor sales performance of launched products
  • Provide marketing support and coordinate with external agencies
  • Attend UK and international food exhibitions (occasional travel opportunities)
Who We’re Looking For
  • A self-starter with a passion for food and FMCG
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in project coordination, FMCG, or retail is a plus—but not essential
