- Please note: Occasional night shift cover may be required to support the team during periods of holiday or absence.
- Lead and support the STARS team to deliver consistent, compliant, and auditable task execution, ensuring data accuracy, service reliability, and alignment with agreed KPIs.
- Act as the central point of contact for all SAI-related stakeholder and client interactions, facilitating timely issue resolution and positive operational outcomes.
- Monitor and manage service delivery metrics, including client requirements and assurance data, taking proactive steps to address performance gaps and escalate risks where necessary.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client representatives, contractors, and internal teams to enable coordinated access control operations and shared accountability.
- Oversee compliance of all SAI procedures, ensuring integrity, confidentiality and professional standards are upheld across the STARS function.
- Promote a high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability and service excellence through regular feedback, coaching and recognition.
- Lead planning, audit and cross functional initiatives that enhance system usage, drive process assurance and improve operational efficiency.

- Any other duties as directed by the Account Manager
- Proven experience coordinating operational processes across complex environments involving multiple departments, clients, or contracted partners.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across organisational boundaries.
- Skilled in interpreting and using system data and assurance outputs to inform service improvements and maintain compliance.
- Understanding of integrated systems and their role in supporting procedural delivery, risk control, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate small teams or functional units to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Experience working within a security-conscious, compliance-driven, or infrastructure-controlled environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational leadership or service delivery role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working across multiple digital platforms and business systems.
- Holds or is willing to obtain a valid SIA licence.

- Ability to obtain National Security Clearance
