- Degree or equivalent qualification in Land Management, Surveying, Rural Practice, or related field.
- RICS qualified is preferable but not essential.
- A keen interest in working in a major infrastructure project role in the UK from a land perspective, particularly in relation to commercial property or agricultural property management and implementing compulsory acquisition powers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Some experience or understanding of land acquisition and property law (advantageous but not essential).
- A team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
