We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant with experience in Energy Transition, Decarbonisation & Data Centres for a small but mighty search firm leading from the front in the race to net-zero.💻 Fully Remote (Hybrid in future if London-based)💸 £35–45K basic (negotiable) + exceptional commission🏢 Retained & Executive Search focus🔧 High autonomy, real impact, zero micromanagementIf you're entrepreneurial, independent, and thrive in high-value retained work – this is your opportunity to carve out your own niche within energy transition, clean tech, or decarbonisation.Please note experience (360) required in one of these markets: Energy Transition, Decarbonisation or Data CentresWhat you'll be doing:
  • Building your market and network in the energy transition or data centre space
  • Selling and delivering high-value retained solutions
  • Working end-to-end across exec search processes
  • Growing something of your own inside a forward-thinking, boutique search firm
What you'll need:
  • Strong track record in retained recruitment or executive search
  • Experience in Clean Tech, Investment, or Decarbonisation markets
  • Drive, maturity, and independence – this role is remote and autonomous by design
