- Assist in managing daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead by example, motivating and training the Reception team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain a strong focus on guest relations, ensuring individual needs are met with care and professionalism
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and operational standards
- Use Opera and Microsoft Office tools confidently to manage bookings, reports, and communications
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards
- Proven experience in training and developing team members
- A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Front Office Team Leader in a hotel
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office
