We’re looking for a full-time Lead Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Farnham—where careers grow and lives are changed.You’ll be part of a close-knit team supporting five fantastic gentlemen aged 19 to 50, each with autism and/or learning disabilities. These men are social, adventurous, and full of personality—and they’re looking forward to meeting someone who shares their enthusiasm for new experiences.As part of our innovative team, you’ll:
- Deliver truly person-centred support through our proven ‘Activate’ model
- Take part in meaningful activities like:
- Planning and going on holidays
- Exploring museums and local attractions
- Enjoying live music at Prince’s Hall and G Live
- Joining in with sports coaching sessions
- Grabbing meals and pub lunches around Farnham
- Foster strong relationships with the gentlemen’s families and support regular visits
- Adapt your communication style to meet each person’s unique needs—because words aren’t the only way we connect
- An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
