- We want someone who will obsess over RPV - but with great taste and design sense.
- Email/SMS lifecycle: segmentation, offers, automated flows.
- Merchandising calendar: when to launch, discount, bundle or upsell.
- Daily reporting on RPV, AOV and list-driven revenue.
- Understand offers deeply -
- Be fluent in GA4, Klaviyo (or equivalent) and A/B-testing stacks (ABConvert/Intelligems)
- Think in LTV/RPV, not vanity metrics.
- Write copy and queries with equal ease.
- Your Twitter feed should be full of Norse Organics, Primal Queens, Skims, Javvy Coffee, test concepts.
