- Accurately resolve complex financial queries and ensure care payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Deal with a high volume of queries via our email inbox, authorise payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Help improve our current processes and policies.
- Build supportive and collaborative internal and external working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Person-centred and resilient, with the ability to take responsibility for your work.
- Superb communication skills.
- First-class numeracy and IT skills.

- Transferable skills or relevant experience in a customer-facing or numerate role will also be considered.
