  • A 2:1 or higher in a STEM subject (Maths, Science, Engineering, Technology) from a Russell Group or top-30 university preferred
  • A strong academic record at GCSE and A-Level
  • A passion for education, STEM learning, and inspiring young people
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude
  • Previous tutoring or classroom experience is desirable but not essential
