Main ResponsibilitiesAs the in-branch Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, your core duties include:
Providing whole-of-market mortgage advice to new and existing clients
Delivering protection advice covering life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
Conducting thorough fact finds and affordability assessments
Managing a growing pipeline and ensuring timely case progression
Collaborating closely with estate agency staff to maximise lead conversion
Meeting compliance and FCA standards at all times
Candidate RequirementsTo succeed in this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker role, you will need:
Track record of working in a sales-focused, target-driven environment
Strong understanding of the mortgage market, lender criteria, and protection policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A client-focused, professional and ethical approach
