Digital Engineer (BIM Coordinator) – BirminghamAbout the roleDalkia Engineering has a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Engineer to join our Technical Team in the South.   • Lead the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) outputs across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and client expectations.
  • Implement and uphold ISO 19650-compliant processes, embedding Dalkia’s digital standards and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on design changes that impact the digital scope, maintaining accurate documentation and version control.
  • Coordinate building services models, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines and accurate spatial planning.
  • Manage the integration of Contractor Design Portions (CDP) into federated models, ensuring full compliance with client and project requirements
Who we’re looking for
  • Relevant qualifications such as an HNC, HND, relevant degree or honours degree, NVQ, or equivalent certification in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience as a Revit Coordinator in one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare, Commercial, Education, MOD/MOJ, or Leisure environments.
  • Sector experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare, Commercial, Education, MOD/MOJ, or Leisure environments.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects in a similar digital/BIM role.
  • Professional registration or active progress toward it with a recognised institution such as CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or a similar engineering body (Member, Incorporated, or Chartered status desirable).
