We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive — both academically and emotionally — within a nurturing and understanding school community.About the Role:As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to deliver tailored support to students with a range of additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, learning delays)Assist in creating an inclusive classroom where all pupils feel safe, supported, and valuedProvide 1:1 or small group interventions to help students reach their full potentialHelp track and celebrate student progressSupport behaviour and emotional regulation strategiesWe’re Looking For Someone Who:Has experience working with children with SEND (in school or other settings)Demonstrates empathy, adaptability, and a calm, proactive approachHas excellent communication and teamwork skillsIs committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenIdeally holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – though passion and potential can be just as important!What We Offer:As a valued employee of Vision for Education, you will receive:
