- A Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities); Clinical/Counselling Psychologist; Social Worker; Occupational Therapist, educated to Master's degree or equivalent level of experience/knowledge, with evidence of developed knowledge in mental health, learning disability, CAMHS & eating disorder management within the secondary care setting.
- Understanding of the commissioning and provision of health services.
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
- Knowledge about relevant Mental Health legislation, regulation, quality monitoring of services and patient safety initiatives across the UK.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Relevant experience in inpatient services.
- Relevant experience of healthcare quality improvement.
- Working in a challenging and busy environment.
- Experience of performance monitoring.
- Experience of Continuing Health Care.
- Experience in a large and complex organisation.
- Evidence of successfully working in a highly complex environment with a multiplicity of stakeholders.
- Working within a commissioning environment.
