The team focuses supporting clients improving their return on their most valuable investments – their talent, their people. We focus on taxes related support to UK and global employers focusing on optimisation of costs and meeting compliance obligations.The team focuses on three major areas – Employment taxes, Global Mobility taxes and Share Schemes and reward tax. Employment tax specialists advise employers on adherence to HMRC rules and policies. Global Mobility experts work closely with clients with the deployment of their talent between countries and across borders supporting them with advice and compliance. The Share Schemes areas see Crowe design and implement tax efficient reward structures for employers.The roleOur trainees support delivery to a rich mix of clients from startups to multinational organisations. You will be involved in liaising with tax authorities, preparing tax compliance and delivering advisory to clients working with international teams across our 41,000 strong global organisations across 150 countries. We will provide support to undertake professional tax advisor examinations. At first you will gain experience in all technical areas the team covers and then will be move on to focus on becoming a leading specialist advisor in one of the team activity areas.Whilst undertaking the graduate workforce advisory position, you will complete a 3-year apprenticeship training contract, where you will study towards the ATT/CTA qualification, providing you the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career.Our entry requirements
2:2 minimum from any degree subject
BBC (112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language
