The Role: Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner We're looking for a passionate and experienced clinician to join the team, focusing on evening (4-9pm) and weekend (Saturday) work. Flexible hours can be discussed to suit your availability. You'll play a key role in conducting thorough assessments that support timely and accurate diagnosis of autism and ADHD, helping young people and families access the support they need. What You'll Be Doing Conduct structured face-to-face observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments Lead developmental history interviews with parents/carers via Zoom Collaborate in multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians Deliver feedback to families in a compassionate and accessible manner Write high-quality clinical reports, supported by AI-assisted tools Meet service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Provide clinical supervision where appropriate Attend clinic bases for in-person assessments as required Our Way of Working Streamlined digital systems to reduce admin and maximise clinical time Custom-built electronic health records Smart tools and AI support for efficient reporting Ongoing tech training and in-house IT support Responsive internal systems shaped by clinician feedback Who We're Looking For You'll be a registered and experienced professional with a strong background in neurodevelopmental assessment. Specifically, you'll need: Registration with one of the following: HCPC : Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologist; SLT; OT GMC : Medical Practitioner At least 1 year of post-registration experience assessing children and young people for autism and/or ADHD Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and differential diagnoses Experience using tools like ADOS-2 and ADI-R Excellent report-writing and time management skills A collaborative, child- and family-focused approach Eligibility to work in the UK Why Join This Team?
