Mainstream Primary SchoolAre you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), especially those with challenging behaviour? Academics Ltd is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Tewkesbury.In this role, you will assist the Key Stage 1 teacher, providing 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, helping them engage in lessons and manage behaviour in a positive way.Role Details:

- Hours: Full-time, Term-time only

- Support children with challenging behaviour and SEN in KS1
- Help implement positive behaviour management strategies
- Assist with classroom tasks, adapting to the needs of individual children
- Work closely with the teacher and SENCO to meet the needs of each child
- Experience or passion for working with children with SEN and challenging behaviour
- A proactive, patient, and flexible approach
- Previous experience or qualifications are preferred but not essential
