- Possess QTS, QTLS, or a recognised teaching qualification for secondary education
- Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
- Are confident delivering lessons in their subject area-or comfortable covering multiple disciplines
- Can quickly establish rapport with students and manage classrooms effectively
- Are adaptable, proactive, and committed to high standards of teaching
