Our client, a successful law firm with a very good reputation, are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Head of Department to develop and expand on a growing client base.Position Overview
As an Employment Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in delivering pragmatic and efficient advice to both employer and employee clients. You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, providing regular advice to clients across various industry sectors, including their specialised top-level sports clients.Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of employment matters and provide advice to clients
  • Assist and respond to clients with their enquiries, including tribunal claims
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including attending networking events and building professional relationships with new clients and potential referrers
Requirements
  • Strong background in Employment law
  • Excellent drafting skills
