What you will do:
  • Lead and manage clinical and administrative functions, ensuring excellent patient care while adhering to professional standards.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to radiographers and sonographers across the organisation.
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and professional development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of radiation safety and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements like IR(ME)R17 and IRR17.
  • Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities and threats to maintain financial health.
  • Prepare and present key performance indicator reports to the Executive Board.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to implement new services and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure smooth contract management and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the registered CQC manager, dealing with regulatory and compliance matters.
