- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow SPM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and customer strategy.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions, particularly across Demand, Project, Resource, and Financial Management modules.
- Provide architectural oversight and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business sponsors, product owners, developers, and delivery teams to ensure value realisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys and helping them maximise ROI from the ServiceNow platform.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow product developments, particularly in SPM, and contribute to internal capability building and knowledge sharing.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, with a strong focus on SPM implementations.
- An understanding of how SPM integrates and interacts with other components of the platform, especially Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Certified ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) preferred though equivalent experience or demonstratable skills are also valued.
- Deep understanding of the Now Platform and its capabilities and integrations with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of core modules and workspace architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Service Management projects in a customer-facing context.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Agile delivery methodologies, and ITIL practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments across sectors such as public sector, financial services, and manufacturing.
- Experience leading enablement sessions or advisory boards focused on SPM strategy and capability development.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in project and programme delivery is a plus, especially if it helps you bring a practical, outcome-focused perspective to SPM solutions.
