- Undertake professional assessments and deliver tailored care interventions in line with legislation, College of Occupational Therapists (COT), and HCPC practice standards.
- Manage, supervise, and support staff as required, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development.
- Contribute to the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of the Occupational Therapy team, promoting best practice and service improvement.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
- Experience in supervision and supporting staff.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Competitive pay rate of £29.92 per hour.
