- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for internal review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer queries related to payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the accounting and finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
