How you'll make an impactManages the day-to-day operation of one or two support areas (generally administration and customer service) within a department or area in compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
