ISSSecurity OfficerContract: EducationLocation: Blantyre, G72 0LHHours of work: 40Working Pattern: Thursday & Friday 09:00 - 17:00, Saturday & Sunday 06:00 - 18:00Contract Type: PermanentHourly Rate: £12.60Are you passionate about security and delivering a great customer experience?As a Security Officer/Facilities Assistant with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment and protecting people, property, and premises by delivering an exemplary security service.The RolePrevent losses, damage, incidents, and poor behaviour by reporting irregularities and informing violators of client policies and proceduresKeep premises secure and safe by acting as a visual deterrent and patrolling all areas of the propertyReact to emergency situations, such as providing first aid, responding to fires, and managing incidentsMonitor surveillance equipmentConduct car park checks and ensure all vehicles have the correct authority or passes to be parked on siteControl access and egress of visiting vehicles in a safe and friendly mannerAssist all personnel entering the premises with an exemplary customer service approachMaintain outdoor areas, including but not limited to litter picking, removing debris, external sweeping, emptying external rubbish bins, and potentially grittingAbout YouQualifications
  • SIA Licence (Essential)
  • CCTV Licence (Desired – training can be arranged)
  • First Aid Trained (Desired – training can be arranged)
  • Driving Licence (Desired)
Experience
  • All levels of experience will be considered
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
