The client specifically seeks individuals from states where they are already set up to hire, like Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.The client is hiring an experienced, US-based creative Senior Content Strategist to join their team, who will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing. As a Senior Content Strategist, you’ll work closely with all functions of the marketing team to ensure their strategic vision is maintained throughout their content, from existing content to new website copy, downloadables, blogs, infographics, video scripts, emails, and advertising copy.You have a keen understanding of SEO principles and can apply them to content creation to elevate the content strategy. You’re analytical; you use data to make content suggestions, shaping strategies that ensure engagement while generating leads to attract potential prospects.The Senior Content Strategist will work closely with the Sales and Partner teams to understand and market the benefits of the platform. You’ll leverage that knowledge to execute on the creation of assets to assist in sales and partner enablement.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct content audits on a regular basis to identify and execute on opportunities to leverage and improve the current content library.Create a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align marketing campaigns.Execute a content strategy to modify existing content and create new content in the form of website copy, downloadable guides, case studies and white papers, blogs, infographics, videos scripts, emails, and advertising copy.Research and follow industry and current event-related news to interpret and generate content based on trending topics.Use data analytics to understand consumption and interest to make suggestions and influence content and campaign strategy across the marketing team.RequirementsMust be physically located in and able to work from your home office in the United States.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.At least 7 years of B2B/SaaS content development and strategy experience, preferably in the data technology field.A rich portfolio of digital work, spanning downloadable guides, white papers, corporate blogs, video scripting, and more.Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Naturally curious and analytical, with the ability to understand and interpret how key research and findings fit within larger industry contexts.Desire to move quickly and be willing to pivot based on market topics.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the business as well as outside the business.Excellent time management skills.Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools; HubSpot required.Monday.com experience would be nice to have.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Benefits$75 phone and internet allowance per monthFully paid healthcare for individuals and families401(k) match20 days PTO10 US holidays off
