An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership service centre in the Southampton area. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and thrives in a professional, team-focused environment - this could be the perfect opportunity.You'll be working in a modern, well-equipped workshop where your expertise will be valued, and your development actively supported through continuous training and progression routes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high standards of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairsComplete all work efficiently and in line with manufacturer and company expectationsEnsure all paperwork and job cards are accurate and compliantIdentify and recommend additional work as part of the company's Duty of Care responsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service through high-quality workmanshipWhat We're Looking ForNVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)Current MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)Previous experience in a workshop or dealership environmentStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsFull UK Driving LicenceA professional attitude with a strong team ethicWhat's In It For YouSalary of £32,000 - £36,000 DOE + bonus (OTE £42,000)30 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)Fully supported training and career developmentCompany pension schemeDiscounted servicing, MOTs and vehicle repairsPreferential purchase schemes on new and used vehiclesAccess to BEN - Employee Assistance ProgrammeAdditional hours paid for overtime and Saturday rotaHow to Apply
