- The role involves managing all stages of assigned contracts, from the tendering process to final account settlement, while adhering to the guidelines set by the Commercial Manager. This position is office-based.
- Developing the commercial plan to manage risk and drive profitability.

- Measure and value construction work, both on-site and from drawings, to support the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Establish valuation dates, prepare and submit interim valuations accordingly, and secure client agreement on these valuations.
- Development and submission of claims for delay and disruption and loss and/or expense
- Procurement of non-domestic subcontractors and assisting Buying Department in procurement of domestic sub-contractors
- Various financial report
- Relevant degree/qualification
- Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors
- NEC3 Experience
- Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institution
