- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment where all children thrive
- Demonstrating positive behaviour management techniques and following school policies
- Experience working across different schools and key stages based on your preferences and availability
- A recognised teaching qualification with QTS
- Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Recent classroom experience (including any placements completed during your teacher training programme)
- A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude to teaching
- A Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through GSL Education
