HGV CLASS 1 DRIVERHours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 04:00 - 07:00 StartsPay Rate: £16.15 per hourPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.Benefits:

Pay Rates:
  • Days - £16.15 per hour
Day to Day Duties:
  • Make on time deliveries
  • Curtain side work
  • Mainly RDC/DC trunk runs
  • Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Follow Company policies and procedures
  • Comply with Driving rules and regulations
  • Ensure all loads are safe and secure
Essential Skills:
  • Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
  • Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience driving Category CE vehicles
  • Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
  • Work in a professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience covering general haulage work previously is desirable.
Training:
  • Written and driving assessment is required for this.
  • Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
