- Oversee the daily operations of AP, AR, and Payroll functions across multiple regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and compliance with internal controls. Revenue Reporting & Forecasting
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of revenue reporting.
- Collaborate with client management alongside our business performance analyst to forecast revenue and identify variances. Balance Sheet Management
- Oversee the team to maintain and reconcile the balance sheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support external auditors with timely and accurate information.
- Ensure tax compliance across regions. Monthly reporting
- Lead the preparation and delivery of the monthly financial reporting pack for the board, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on financial results.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
