Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Platform ImplementationWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead key workstreams and change initiatives within large-scale implementation programmes in the financial services sector. This role requires a strong understanding of operational and front-to-back office processes, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver business-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead analysis and solution design for operational and front/middle office workflowsCollaborate with clients to define policies, structures, and procedures post-implementationCoordinate with data conversion, configuration, and solution teams to support deliveryDefine and deliver business readiness activities in line with project governanceIdentify gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement effortsManage key stakeholder relationships and communicate risks, progress, and dependenciesSupport testing activities and readiness criteria to ensure successful go-liveIdeal Candidate:Background in wealth management, private banking, or financial servicesProven experience across project lifecycles, including business analysis and change deliverySkilled at working in ambiguous environments with a proactive mindsetFamiliarity with Agile delivery and platform-based technologiesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger pictureProfessional certifications (e.g., Agile PM, Prince2) are a plus
